I ordered a pizza about a month ago and was given the wrong one. Disappointing for sure but these things happen. The major issue... here however is that I was called right after leaving the store by the manager on duty who stated they had given me the wrongpizza, and would put a credit for a free pizza for me in their system. When I went in today to redeem my free pizza the manageron duty told me there was no notation at all about a free pizza, essentially calling me a liar and telling me to get lost. Themanagement of this location is dishonest and unethical. Also, when you call the stores direct number it routes you to a callcenter in India. I definitely recommend going elsewhere. Read more
We ordered our pizza and they said it would be delivered in an hour. After waiting an hour and 40 mins we called and it they... said they delivered it. We never got our order and they couldn?t even describe the house they delivered it to. There was no talkabout making any of it right. Listening to the lies and excuses was annoying. Zero stars. I've used a promo code provided by Boost Mobile when you download their Boost Perks app (if your provider is Boost Mobile) to... get a free large 1-topping pizza, the first two were good, but the third was burnt and the cashier has been somewhat snobby bothtimes I went there. I wish i had a picture. Ordered a pizza on the way home from traveling for a day. Said short staffed ...completely understand... 2 hours later went to pick up and thank god i checked.....2 pieces of the pizza were missing. I was told they gave mine away. Ok? The box that was given to me had my name on it. So no one gave it away. Thank god i checked when leaving. What the woulda business give a half eaten pizza out.
