Terrible service!!! Rude to the customers both times I have come in. I should've known not to come back after the first time... when the worker yelled at one of us for asking when our items would be ready after waiting more than an hour. Both times we weretold 15-20 minutes and waited 90 minutes the first time and 60 minutes the next. All for two items (one of which didn't evenneed to cook). Absolutely ridiculous!!! Read more
Ordered a 16" Sicilian, it's was supposed to be piled high with salami, but it was anything but that, 6 thin slices of meat, 3... tomato slices, no cheese, and a few peppers. It was takeout, so by the time I discovered it I was already home. I will not beback..... Read more
This was our 4th time ordering this year from Mancino's. They just can't seem to get it right. The orders have been incorrect... and some not done. Had to wait last night for them to remake a grinder that we asked for additional items to be added. We willnot be back. Read more
Chef salad had 1/3 of the meat that it usually has. Very little cheese and tomatoes. But lots of lettuce. I won't be back.
Rude staff!! I ordered ahead of time and they said 15 mins it?ll be ready. Get there and wait 20 more mins. Specifically asked... if my two kids spaghetti?s were in the bag and they said yes. Drive 15 mins home and low and behold they didn?t put it inthere. I called and they said they would remake it. I drove back and waited another 20 mins while staff was rolling their eyesat me. Get home and it?s cold spaghetti. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Aaaaand my order was 48$ and theydidn?t even offer a refund. Read more
Don't bother. The quality isn't what it used to be. It's carry out only which is fine. I walked in to pay for my order. The girl... was by the counter on her cell phone, Facebook ,by the look of it. She looked at me and turned around. She wouldn't help me, Ihad to wait for someone else. When we got home and opened our grinders one turkey, one Blt. It was all bread. No veggies, verysparse meat. I'll just go to subway next time. I won't spend my money there again. We've been here many times, but the qualityof food and employees just isn't there anymore. Read more
Don't bother. It would be a waste of money for an overpriced pizza that should be of top shelf quality for the extra money spent... over other pizza shops. The quality isn't what it used to be. It appears that many recent customers have had the sameexperience. We ordered an X-Large pizza ($30) with pepperoni, sausage, X-Cheese, onions, peppers and banana peppers. It was alldough. Very sparse sauce, sparse cheese, sparse veggies, very sparse meat. It was nearing closing time and it seemed like allthey put on that pizza was the leftovers before closing. Time was appropriate. I won't spend my money there again. I will usePapa Johns or Pizza Hut, (boy do I miss the Mattawan Kazoopy's) Our cashier, Chad ( I believe was his name) was exceptional, theyoung man with him, who may have been the manager was not the least bit friendly. This store needs a grown up that knows how tomanage employees and product. We've been here many times, but the quality of food and employees just isn't there anymore. Thisreview is specific to the Mattawan store. My recommendation would be to let all the staff go, close the store and hire adedicated manager staff that helps support the reputation that Mancino's used to have, before they totally destroy thereputation that Mancino's deserves.
