The establishment was a referral from a friend so I tried it while in town. OMG? customer service was AMAZING, food is ?hold on... let me take one more bite??..mmm mmm good, fresh and hot. Do not go here! The worst customer service ever! My son placed an order at 8:00 pm an hour before closing. He made it to the... restaurant by 8:30 to pick up his order and the staff refused to give him his food and lied saying that they gave it to anothercustomer. I need to remind myself to always follow your intuitions. This place is a hit or miss. Never consistent with their quality of... food. The prices for the scrap you get is ridiculous. My meal was a small tip with 4 wings combo. The tips look hard withhardly no meat all I tasted was fat and burndt flavor. The wings and the fries oh and the four slices of bread was the best ofit all. I will not continue to support garbage. I ordered from here about a month and the food was GREAT! Large tip, meat fell off the bone and all of it cooked and seasoned... perfectly. I've order a few times before that great order and the food was decent. Today was the exact opposite! All of the meatis undercooked!!! Tough, doesn't come off the bone easily and in some cases at all. You can just pull on the meat and just seeit's not cooked all the way. You can really make someone sick feeding them undercooked pork. Tried to call to let them know andthe number on Google goes to another Kenny's. I was able to put in my complaint to the app I put my order it through, which wasGrubHub and they were good. Other reviews on here have not been great, a lot of 1 stars lately, and to only be at a 3.2 out of 5and falling (because I'm definitely giving 1 star only because I can't give a zero or negative star) is embarrassing.
