The restaurant was not as busy as I have seen it in the past. So, I knew that we were going to have fabulous service, but that... was not the case. My food WAS hot my server WAS great but they had to help in another area, when they FINALLY came back to checkon our table. We were there for the ENDLESS SHRIMP SPECIAL. The food was pretty good. We ordered the endless shrimp and grilled chicken with lobster Mac and cheese. But the reason I’m... giving this place 5 stars, is because of our server Jim. He was the nicest, most attentive, and entertaining served I’ve everhad, period. We never had to look for him, he checked on us often to see if we needed anything. And when he did, he always cameback in lightning speed. He made sure we got our monies worth for sure. Give this man a raise. He’s a real asset and will havepeople coming back just to see him. I had a great experience at the Matteson, IL location. Our server Darrell C. was awesome! From the moment we were seated until... we left, he made sure everything was great. Our food was done right and quickly, he constantly checked in on us to make sure thefood was good and that we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and showed us he enjoyed working there. After my lastexperience at Red Lobster this interaction was great, the food and drinks were good and the quick, efficient service made it anawesome visit. I will most definitely be coming back here. I don’t like seafood. At ALL. So I think it’s important to note that despite Red Lobster being centered around seafood... dishes, there ARE options for those of us who prefer alternatives. I find their steak to be pretty good, & like their Wagyuburger (no bacon ????). Good to know there are options for everybody. Mondays there is endless shrimp. Not mine, but I heard itwas good. Waited 20 min., at our table for our waitress to come to our table once she slowly came we had to ask for water and bread. Our... silverware was dirty, she never checked on us and it was my pastor and his wife 30 Anniversary. I saw the place was empty and noheat inside the restaurant we were so cold.
