They didn?t give me what I ordered. What I got was dried out and small. I ordered the 3 chicken strip combo with fries and a... biscuit. My box had NO Biscuit but I did get the fries and three tiny dried out morsels of ?chicken?. They where more concernedabout getting orders out quickly and the locals out the door. I miss the Country Pride cafe. I?m disappointed in you TA, I hopeyour profit margins are what you hope for at the expense of the professional drivers. This just sucks. This is one of the betterTA?s I stop at to fuel. Your fuel desk people are on point and the place is tidy and clean! The fuel island doesn?t have theissue as prevalent as others with the drivers camping out on the fuel island taking a 30 minute break and orderingPopeyes! Update? Usually great food, friendly people and sweet tea available. Today was completely opposite. No one smiled. They all looked... exhausted and irritated. There was no sweet tea so I didn't want anything else. And after I left and started to eat what isusually juicy chicken and fresh fries, I discovered my chicken was so old that it was hard. I got to eat half of one of my 5tenders... the dogs got the rest. My fries were old, luke warn at best and some were hard as a rock. You guessed it, dogs gotthose too. Of course now I'm dealing with my dog's gas lol. But I'm very disappointed that my last meal of the day wasn't evenedible. Read more
I live near Sikeston, MO. My boyfriend and I came up here two days ago to have some dinner. I got him the 10 piece meal, and I... had the 6 piece tender meal. Unfortunately my boyfriend didn?t check the bag before I drove off (rookie mistake) ;) and we gotclear home, to realize our 10 piece meal was not there. We decided to drive back, and this teenager wanted to argue with myboyfriend that that wasn?t on the order. The good thing is, it came out of my bank account, and it was a mobile order, so I hadmy mobile receipt. This girl who was literally heaven sent, took over, and remade my entire order, not just the 10 piece meal.She was so nice, and she wasn?t rude when I asked her for sauces, unlike some other workers. She definitely went the extra mile,and that was very appreciated! Our whole meal was just so delicious, but the chicken was near being old, which she had asked ifwe could wait 20 minutes for some fresh chicken, but we couldn?t. So that?s kind of my fault. Y'all!!! I think this is the best Popeye's I have ever eaten at. And I've eaten at a lot of Popeye's around the country because... I have a kid who only likes chicken. This chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing. Perfection. The fries were hot and fresh. Ididn't hear any complaints about the chicken tenders either. Please come show the Popeye's in Memphis how to do chicken! It ismore expensive than the stores in Memphis, but absolutely 100% worth it. Read more
Mannn shut yo mouth!! 3 times I've visited within last 2 months, each time I forget to say no pickles, but I'll gladly take... them off myself, considering the great quality. They seemed pretty busy each time I've came in but customer service is up to parand John was the manager on duty each time as well. I watched him endure some kinda rude, and impatient customers on oneoccasion, and he handled it very well my opinion, thanks team and awesome job John!! Read more
