What a shame. Used to come here alot. Wow. Thankfully I can count and shorted me a dollar. Then no recipe. So I knew they just... hit cash out and didn't even care if they gave correct change. Methed up really. Yes methed up is correct. Even forgot my drinkand thankfully due to my frustration of not getting my money back. I had to reverse grab that. Now noticing they even left outone of my fingers off my supreme and charged me for it. Lol great job. Read more
Leaving this review as a former employee (summer 2020) Incredibly rude management, never had anything good to say to those below... her, fired someone after they passed out and got food poisoning, attempted to assault me when I was trying to walk away from asituation, knows how unsanitary the place is, yet does nothing about it except blame people who don't even work here, if youever wonder why the workers are "rude", maybe take in the fact that we deal with this insufferable subhuman every single day. Not happy with this location because the dining room is closed. I just moved back to Matthews last week. Where I moved from, I... eat Bojangles at least 5 times a week. I have breakfast at least 3 of those days. Had to eat McDonald's breakfast (which Ireally am not a fan of), but I wanted to sit down and have a chicken biscuit. Would have gone to Chick-fil-A, but the line wastoo long. Good job manager of the Bojangles in Matthews... disappointed my first day out for breakfast. Read more
Stopped here for lunch while traveling. Easy on and off highway. Nice they allow you to dine in the restaurant unlike several... other places we tried to stop at. The service was fast, professional and accurate. The food was typical Bojangles, nothingspecial. The place could have been cleaned better. Alot of the tables were dirty along with the bathrooms. Great location right off the highway. We used the drive through because the lobby was COVID closed. If I had to use one word to... describe our visit, it would be- Disappointed!!!!! Just disgusted! Awful service. Just Terrible . Bojangles, I think she neededhelp, a vacation, raise or something! The female that took our order and cashed us out was ridiculous! Rude, negligent andunaccountable. We ended up going through the drive through twice to get our order corrected. First time we were short 2biscuits. The second time, she gave me a pork breakfast sandwich and swore I ordered it. Yesterday (11/16/2020) morning I went there on my 30 min lunch break. It was 10:15am. The woman in the drive thru made me wait a... couple mins and it was only a car in front of me. I asked for a chicken supreme tenders combo and she said they weren't ready soI ordered a combo of chicken sandwich supreme instead. She was with an attitude. I paid and left. On my way back to work, Istarted to eat my fries and they weren't fresh but I was starving so I had no choice... when I got to work I opened my sandwichand the chicken was undercooked! I looked inside and it was just as if it was flipped for a little bit and then flipped againand thats it.. It made me nauseous and obviously ruined my appetite. I definitely won't go there no more. At that time theyshould have everything ready for costumers and offer a good service plus provide good food. Such a bad experience. I tookpictures and unfortunately I couldn't go back there to physically complain because of time restriction. You should implement thecleaning and food regulations or find a better staff. Read more
The cashier was rude had a bad attitude, the food was good and the other lady there was nice. The younger girl acted like she... didn't want to be there our order was wrong we wanted fries and got rounds, I asked for a diet drink and they had to replacethat cause she apparently didn't listen or care.
