Bagels are delicious but they need to invest into a new store location if inside seating is never going to be an option anymore.... This location is set up with an inside dining room, but for years now they don't allow anyone to sit inside. I understand duringthe high time of covid, but really not necessary these days. Staffing can't be the issue, because there were at least 7employees on today when i was in the store. Crazy thing is they do allow employees to dine inside, taunting us patrons. Thestaff seemed overwhelmed with call-in orders and Door Dash orders and could not handle the walk-in patrons. There was a line 15people long to place an order. The manager/cashier was hanging up on call in patrons just to be able to handle the business. Thecompany needs to invest in a redesign of the prep line where 4 employees fixing orders don't have to cross over each other whilepreparing orders. A better solution for handling call in orders is needed as well. Brugger's needs to invest in their operationsto get a better handle on the way business is going to be here on, considering the quantity of take out orders post covid. I ordered a bacon avocado and tomato bagel that I found to be flavorless except for the tomato sauce. Eating a bagel with only... the taste of tomato sauce was terrible. I could finish the bagel. When I called the store to let them know they called me backin to make it right with another sandwich. I ordered the hot pastrami and it was DELICIOUS. Thank you for making it right! Read more
I frequent this location, but I will not be coming back again. I have time and time again ordered the egg, bacon and cheese... bagel WITH CREAM CHEESE ADDED. And they have left off the cream cheese EVERY FREAKING TIME. I have increasingly been more clear,assuming that I was the problem. Recently, the person who made the bagel made sure that I specified and paid for extra creamcheese, which I do every time anyway. Because of this I foolishly assumed that I wouldn?t have to check if he in fact put thecream cheese on the bagel. HE DID NOT. I?ve gone back and asked for cream cheese and tipped for them making it again the rightway, but it doesn?t matter. They simply can?t do it the right way the first time. The bathrooms are filthy. The dining roomstill is not available for seating. This location is terrible and you shouldn?t go here if you want them to make a simple bagelthe right way the first time. Read more
Dirty inside, like literally trash laying around, not sure if this place ever gets mopped. Only like 2 brown tables inside... and those were taken. Seems like the owner does not care. The ambience is awful. I used to love this place but it went down thehill so bad. They still don't offer good coffee like lattes/cappuccino/macciatoo. Good thing there is Starbucks, Panera andFirst Watch nearby so we can go to a decent place. The staff however is very friendly and Bagel tasted good, I just got to go,and went to Starbucks to get good coffee. Read more
The everything bagels are amazing! The food is always fresh and hot. You won?t be disappointed here!
Wow. This place really gets 5 stars in every category for me. Clean, friendly, and delicious. 7am in the morning and they two... girls working were energetic and happy. I appreciated that my iced coffee cup was actually full to the top. I took a sip beforeadding my cream and sugar and the coffee has such a great flavor I could have drank it black! And for a die hard cream loverthat says a lot! I also like that you get to doctor up your own coffee with cream and sugar. The food was so fresh andflavorful. I had the smoked salmon breakfast sandwich and it had the perfect balance of everything. I will certainly be back! Read more
A great Bagel place. Quite a good options. Fresh and tasty. Staff here are very friendly. Fresh and aromatic coffee is... excellent. They got some excellent cheese spreads too. Quite a good family and kids place and it gets occupied n crowded duringmornings especially during weekends. Good outdoor seating available. Read more
