Ordered a 2 juices, one wasn?t what I expected based off of me ordering this same juice a week prior from another location. The... manager advised he would issue a refund and didn?t do it. I noticed several days later and called in about it and he hadforgotten. The store was empty on the day that I came in so it wasn?t like they were so swamped it slipped his mind. Had I notbeen scrolling my statements for something else, I wouldn?t have noticed that the refund was not issued. Read more

I wanted to try this out as I didn?t know there were açaí places in Matthew?s!! I?m glad I did!!! I usually drive all the way... to Central avenue from Indian trail for açaí but now I know there?s a place down the street I can trust!! They have a lot ofoptions, the staff is open to questions and is patient, and the food doesn?t take long for them to assemble. The time it takesthem to prepare an açaí bowl can be a problem at places but it isn?t here!! Also the bowls are BIG and are FILLED withaçaí!!! Read more
The food was extremely over priced. Avocado toast had limited avocado- hardly any actually. The food was honestly just very VERY... mediocre at best and it felt like we paid a premium for it. We are from Southern California and health-food is always a littlepricier- but these prices were shocking compared to the quality of food we felt we received. Service was fine.
