Love every bite. User friendly app. Awesome flavors (but will like to see a vegan option please). Had issues with a delivery... and the local store in Mathews, NC was very responsive and took responsibility of the issue without any questions orreservations. This place is WAY better than the competitor who is open late at night for those who have ?issues sleeping.? I?deat a box daily but I?m watching my blood sugar. Stopped in today for a four pack of sugar and chocolate chip cookies. I am not disappointed at all. Love that they refresh their... flavors often. The Matthews location is clean and staff were friendly. Just wish they were in an easier to get to location. Iwill be back when the next craving hits! Read more

Catching up on reviews. It was getting late & wanting something sweet led me here on Friday, 05-06-22. It smelled so good... walking in. It was my first time there. I wanted to sample the mini cookies, but I was told they were only available forcatering orders. I tried the pink velvet, lemon glaze, Nutella, and mom's recipe which was an oatmeal chocolate chip mix. Thepink velvet was my favorite; blame the icing. Nutella was a pleasant surprise. I'm not always the biggest fan of chocolate onchocolate. The lemon & mom's choice were just ok. All of the cookies were hot when I received my box. I know the name isCrumbl, but I wasn't expecting each and every cookie to literally start crumbling as I started eating them. I bake and I know mycookies don't do that. I ended up asking someone else if the excessive crumbling was normal, thinking it may be something to goalong with the name. I was told that shouldn't be the case. For the price, not sure if I'd return. The crumbling took away fromthe experience, especially when I didn't have that experience with one of their competitors. Read more

I have good experiences here and so-so experiences as well. The cookie recipes are delicious but many times the cookies are a... bit undercooked. In addition, I ordered 2 cookies in store and was told I had to wait a few extra minutes for a new batch whichwas fine. But when the batch was done, they preceded to fill 6 other orders that apparently were made online while I waited anadditional 15 minutes with an inpatient toddler. I guess it just makes me question the worthwhile of a $4 cookie? Read more

I ordered curbside pickup, and my experience at this location was great! My cookies were fresh, warm, and ready at the exact... time the app said they would be. Also, the person who brought them out to my car was very polite and cheery. One small drawbackof ordering curbside on the app though...it wont allow you to check in even one minute before your given pick up time. When Iarrived at the store a few minutes early, there were only a few customers inside, all of whom had already ordered and were justwaiting. Had I been able to check in when I arrived, the cashier would have probably been able to bring my cookies out a fewminutes ahead of schedule, but I literally had to wait 2 minutes before the app allowed me to hit "im here". Other than that, myfirst curbside at Crumbl was great..will definitely do it again! Read more
