This is the worst dunkin I?ve ever been too! They have the worst customer service and the worst coffee I?ve ever experienced.... The employee didn?t smile at all and only spoke when telling me the total price. Otherwise didn?t speak at all and justdeadpanned me like I was there to ruin her afternoon. The pumpkin cream cold brew was not drinkable. The coffee was gross andthe ?cold foam? came out of a whipped cream can. It tasted medicinal. Easily the worst customer service experience we?ve had in months and probably the worst coffee experience in my life. We placed... a mobile order on 9/17 and when we got there we had to wait for 30 minutes for our very simple iced coffees. We would havewaited longer but we alerted the staff that we had placed a mobile order. They acted confused and said ?oh we?ll start workingon that? but also did not complete our order correctly. I was supposed to have an iced coffee with oat milk and cane sugar syrupand hazelnut flavor. After 30 min of waiting I received an iced coffee with sugar granules at the bottom. No hazelnut syrup andno oat milk (I am dairy free). When I asked for oat milk they handed me a cup of heavy cream and assured me it was oat milk.Throughout our time of waiting, we were able to watch the staff cut up and carry on about their personal lives instead offulfilling orders. Almost every customer was waiting for 30-45 minutes. We will be contacting the owner of this location andrequesting reimbursement for this horrendous experience. We will also never be using this location again, though we are avidDunkin fans. Read more
Run by bunch of college kids, and completely disorganized. We ordered hot latte and cappuccino and what we got was cold milk... from fridge spun together with other ingredients. Really? And after waiting for 15 mins to get coffee didn't have the patienceto get them to make it again while so many people are still waiting for their order. Read more
I would give 0 stars for this location. I ordered croissant sandwich with beacon, disgusting, I couldn't eat it. the beacon... was hard and broken into small pieces. Boston cream donuts, small and with a strange taste. And tasteless ice coffee. I washungry even with the money spent. I will not choose this location again Read more
I choose this location because it is very convenient, as I live in a neighborhood directly across the street. I must say the... customer service, for the most part, leaves something to be desired. It?s very inconsistent?.some days polite and courteous andefficient, some days quite the opposite. Today I was waiting for a good while for a mobile order. No one acknowledged me untilafter about a good 5-10 minutes. I was told that they were out of a flavor that I wanted in my coffee. I then told her what Iwanted instead, and mentioned that no one said anything to me (as it was pretty clear I had been waiting for a while). Then, ayoung lady making the coffees was quick to mouth off to me stating ?well you never said anything to us, and how are we supposedto know anything if you don?t say anything?? I then replied that I was going to mention my order to her when she finishedpreparing the 3 coffees that were in front of her! I have had this treatment before at this location and it worries me that someof these employees know NOTHING about customer service!! I understand they get VERY busy in the mornings, but being rude tocustomers does not help the situation at all. Worst DD shop location ever I had tried DD. Bad customer service and quality. Was waiting past 15 mins since I ordered and staff... asked me why are you waiting? After that this is what I got for their new tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich - a disgrace totheir promo pic. And the hot cappuccino I ordered was worst than a regular cold coffee. Read more
We come here for donuts, ice cream or ice cream cake. Nice place, very friendly staff. Seating inside and outside. Kids love it
there were only two girls working when we came in, and i appreciate their help with my friend and i?s orders, but the munchkins... my friend ordered literally had mold on them. our coffee was fine, but when we arrived, the store was locked. no sign on thedoor or anything. a customer that was already in there opened the door for us to let us know they were closed, but we placedmobile orders so a worker let us in. they looked at us like we were crazy for coming in, and it felt like a hostage situationthe way we were locked in.
