I love firehouse subs but when you search in your phone and it says they close at a certain time and you drive to the store to... order and they have a little sign on their door that says they close an hour earlier than what the time online says is aproblem. Need to update that Read more
This store location has the most exceptional staff! Justin, the store manager and Melissa, the area manager were super helpful... when placing a LARGE catering order to feed high school teachers on their first day back to the classroom for the new schoolyear. I wanted to give the Tuesday morning crew a big shout out. My company placed an online order Monday afternoon for 40 boxed... lunches to be picked up on Tuesday. They did not get the order until Tuesday morning. This crew had another catered lunch orderto process on top of our lunch so they really had to scramble. Anyway, the manager was very apologetic, but when we got ourorder nothing was missing, everything was fresh and delicious. Hats off to her and her crew! Read more

I ordered a sub from here earlier today that was supposed to have wheat bread, olives, extra cheese, tomato, provolone, onion,... lettuce, and a sidepickle through doordash. When it got here all I had was two burnt pieces of bread with a slice of cheese witha couple olives and a side pickle. I called the store and the guy who picked up told me that all they saw on the order wascheese and olives. They did not offer to refund me or remake my order. I called doordash and they were able to give me a partialrefund. The mac and cheese was fine. I have tried to attach a photo with my reciept and a picture of what came but it doesntseem to be showing up. Read more
Pretty good. I got a medium Virginia Ham and it was way too much for me. Shaved ham piled high with provolone cheese, tomato. ... It comes with lettuce and onions, but I left that off. Husband got Italian sub and liked it. They were not busy. There was afemale employee not doing anything who was loud and obnoxious; dining would have been more pleasurable had she not been there. Horrible experience ordered large chicken with cheese and paid extra for bacon add lots of bbq sauce. I get back home no bacon... no bbq sauce. $.1.75 extra for bacon ???? 12.99. Never going back. Absolutely horrible. Read more
