Got 12 counts of burn out wings. They taste smoked. Very nice. Burn out is their spices sauce. Taste is good, but not spicy at... all. I mixed the wings with Flip-A-Los Atomic sauce, wow!! Smoky spicy taste. Made my drink more cold draft beer?s. You guysshould really think having a very spicy sauce like Flip-A-Los, your draft sell will double :-). Nice place to stop for a quick meal, I believe that this is one of the oldest chain restaurants in Charlotte, which is... interesting. Anyway, they have good food and well seasoned tater tots. Definitely a great place for a quick lunch. Read more
Maddie was one of the best bartenders I've ever had. I had the brisket plate that was delicious! The Mac n cheese is a must... get! Also had the sweet potato fries that were good. Very good food!! 62 beers on tap helped wash it all down. Read more

In 2015 I set out on a journey from New York to seek out the best BBQ in the world. After 7 years, 28 states, 9 countries, and... two gun shot wounds (UNRELATED), I found Mac?s Speed Shop. The food was insanely good, the service was incredible, and theatmosphere was wonderful. I love barbecue and the sampler platter from Macs is really good. The ribs came right off the bone, the sausage was amazing, the... chicken and brisket were really moist. They provide several different types of barbecue sauce. The Collard Greens was good. Ididn?t really like the baked beans, they were not thick enough and had a ketchup taste. They also had really good fried pickles.The price point was really reasonable. Read more
