Will never spend money at any McDonald?s again after the service at the one on Lawyers Rd. Drive through attendant cut me off... mid word on my order then told me to not come back because I dared to ask her to confirm my order since she had cut me off. Ihad other orders but wasn?t placing them since she clearly couldn?t be bothered to take them. She lost a $30-40 order tonightand me from McDonald?s forever. Read more
Typical McDonald's. One of the drive-through girls was not too friendly, but the first one that took our money made up for it. This is a good McDonald's. The staff is friendly, fast, and they keep the cars moving. One thing I have noticed is that if you... walk into the store it takes MUCH longer to get food than if you just go through the drive through. It seems they are focused onthe drive through a lot. So pro tip, if you are in a rush go through the drive through. Read more
Prices are up quality and service are going down. My wife and I ended up in the drive through behind one another, me from work... and her heading to the store. I got a half cooked chicken sandwich, and she got a half full cold coffee drink. I know a speedydrive through is preferred but not at the cost of quality. The older manager seems not to be at this location any longer. Nigelor virgil I cant remember. Very pleasant at the window, and the customer service was the best I'd ever had from any McDonaldsever. He never once made a mistake on my order. Feels like for ten years or right there at. I miss the way he effortlessly madeyou feel good regardless of the day you've had and had your order correct and quick. He ran a tight ship. Now I feel like it'sa casino and I'm gambling on the food and the service. I'm not a gambler and my visits are becoming a lot less frequent. I usedto enjoy grabbing something from here on my way home and now I find myself going the long way home to avoid disappointment. Read more
Went to get dinner after work one night. Ordered, paid and went to the second window where I was told to pull forward while my... meal ?cooked? so I did. I pulled forward and sat. I watched car after car behind me pull up, get their food and drive off.Finally I went inside to see what the problem was. Not only was the staff standing around talking, they had no idea about myorder. The order that I had already paid for. Corporate, if you?re looking for the girl in the green shirt that went behind thecounter-it was me. I worked hospitality for 9 years and customer service for twice that.This building is an absolute mockery ofany and all redeeming attributes of fast food. I will say about my last visit... Got some nuggets for my son and a couple of pies. Not sure about the nuggets, but took one... bite of the pie and got that nice microwave burn. Looked at the time stamp, it said 5:30pm. We ordered at 11:30pm. Those piessat there the entire night shift. Read more

Steven's Mills McDonald's is, in my opinion, the best of it's food chain in all of the Charlotte area. Very friendly staff.... Regardless of short staff, they always get your food with a smile.
