This place is not very efficient. Never have I had a great experience, the manager is never there and some of the people that... work there are not very knowledgeable. I went there yesterday and I had a $2 coupon to use, I showed it to the young lady andshe scanned it and came back with the full price and no $2 discount. I asked her what about the $2 coupon and she replied thatshe didn't know how to use it, after waiting in line for about 20 minutes because she said that they were under staffed and noone to solve the problem I left as a very disappointed customer very sad for the young lady as she was left there out to with nosupport. The past two times I?ve went to this smoothie king the smoothies was too watery or had too much ice and not blended all the way.... This started happening recently and it?s disappointing because I thought this was my go-to place for smoothies and I?ve beengoing here years and just now started having this problem.
