They lady who helped me was very nice, and gave great suggestions for other things to try. My drink was awesome I had a cold... mint chip something. Although there was only 1 employee working she was fast and efficient. I would go back to this Starbucksinside the Harris teeter off potters road again, based off my experience. Read more

This Starbucks needs to get their training solidified- until then I will be driving to Sun Valley Starbucks as I have given this... one a hand full of opportunities to change since it?s opened. Waited 20 minutes for the girl to show up to make my coffee because yue cashier was new and didn't know how. When she finally... walked over to the counter she stood there talking even after the cashier told her she had two people waiting on coffees. Tried out the new Starbucks in the Harris Teeter at Chestnut Lane. It was 7:45am on 10/13. There were two people in front of me... and two people behind me. All who got their drinks before mine. It took 13 minutes to make a misto (coffee + milk). The firstbarista made it wrong. Dumped it, laughed and went to do something else while I continued to wait. They don?t know how to make any cold brew here. Specifically Irish cream cold brew. They put way too much cream in my drink... every time, even after specifying I would like less. An Irish cream cold brew is dark in color, not completely white. Read more
