The service is very good. Kind & patient wait staff. Not sure who ours actually was because at least 3 different employees... continued to check on us throughout our visit. However, the food, in mine and my wife's opinions, is terrible. We hadn't eatenat a BWW in over a year, maybe 2, because the food always made us sick, but we thought we would give it another chance. We gotthe cauliflower wings, and honestly, they aren't bad, but the 3 sauces we got, thai curry, orange chicken, and garlic parm, alltasted bad. We also shared some chicken tater tot dish. Neither of us like blue cheese so we lsubbed cheddar cheese. Thechicken and the cheese were so salty we couldn't finish it. We know a lot of people like this place, but it's just not our cupof tea. It never fails everytime we order on doordash from them, we are missing more than one item. After ordering from doordash for a... reason (no car) we can't just go back and get it. Please get your acts together and pay attention to what you're doing. It's onething to make a mistake once or twice, but everytime we order there's a mistake and multiple other people have the same exactproblem with you on doordash. Went here for lunch a few days ago. We were sat at a dirty table and asked to be moved to a booth. After being moved we put our... order in and waited a good 30 to 35 minutes fpr our food to arrive. I ordered a burger without onion and tomato and it came withonions. I removed the bun to take the onions off and found a long brown hair cooked into the meat patty. This was just anoverall disappointment as ive always enjoyed buffalo wild wings. Its hard to fully see the details in the pictures due to howdark it was inside. Read more

Started out with great service. Got our appetizers while the waitress was taking our main order. Waitress was really nice until... we got most of our food. Didn't receive one order with everything else. Then she ignored our table.. Waited about 5 min with noupdate on the other food. I had to get up to get our silverware and ask about the food. Food was good, service was to. HOWEVER, CLEAN the highchairs! They are absolutely disgusting! Anywhere I touched on it would... leave a nasty film on my fingers. We are using these for little babes, clean them please, super gross. Lemonade was good but norefills. Celery looked old and kind if gross on ends. Read more
We went to BWW at 830 on Friday Night - it was not busy. We stood at the host podium for 5 minutes before anyone even... acknowledged us (several employees walked past us beforehand). Finally, a waitress had to grab someone from the back. I'm notsure if this person was the host or a manager, but they came around the corner eating. After being seated, we sat again foranother 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. No one walked by saying "I'll be right with you" or anything. We decided toleave after a few more minutes. I work in the food service industry, and I certainly understand being busy or short staffed. Itdid not appear that was the case here. This was also not the first time we were ignored for a lengthy time upon visiting thislocation. However, the servers typically made up for the lack of hospitality by the host. We didn't even get that opportunitywith this visit. If I'm going to spend the amount of money BWW charges, I expect MUCH better service. Read more
