Hardees should not be considered fast food seeing how you never get your food fast there....even if you're the only customer.
I was very upset when I got my food. The wait time was very long and was told to pull up after paying. It was dry, very small,... and I wouldn't even call it a burger. Also, the fries were nasty, and I ended up wasting money. I am not sure what happened, butit feels like this place has gone down. Read more
This place is hit or miss, but we hadn't been in awhile & decided to give it a try. The lights were on but the parking lot was... empty & the door was locked. We pulled to the drive-thru menu to ask if the lobby was closed & the response we received was, "atthe moment." I know this is a difficult time for restaurants but a simple sign on the door would have been nice. Read more
I've always really liked Hardee's but lately I've recieved numerous wrong orders, missing items from my orders and just really... terrible quality. This morning I went back after ordering a loaded omelet biscuit and a loaded burrito. Loaded with...eggs? Ipaid nearly $28 for this. I went to the window and asked to speak with a manager. 4 employees (manager on duty included) stoodand starred at me talking amongst themselves for a few minutes before she came to the window. I was beyond nice as I work as amember of management in retail and know what that feels like. She had very little interest in listening to what I had to say.Borderline rude. She reimbursed my money for the food and shut the window on me while I was still speaking. I will not bereturning to the Mattoon Hardee's. The prices have all been increased while the quality of the food has declined horribly. Read more
It takes Hardee's a little longer, but I usually get a quality service and the food is hot and good. What they lack in employees... is made up for by the employees that they DO HAVE. Read more
