The food was above average. A wide selection of different foods. They have never had a problem with my girlfriend bringing her... service dog in. This is a great place to bring a family or a large group because there's something for everyone here. I was impressed at the... wide variety of choices in the menu and the buffet. I had heard good things about the Italian Beef, so I went with that. It's asolid choice. You get a decent portion for the money, so, in my opinion, you get a good value for your money here. Sunday breakfast buffet was great. There wasn't a lot of each item, but they brought out more frequently which kept it fresh and... warm. Our waitress was very sweet. We drove by twice because there did appear to be a sign anywhere, not sure if that was due tothe construction out front or not. We did end up parking in back and the backdoor did say downtown diner, but could have had abetter sign also. Restaurant was clean, prices were good, and food was great. Read more
Great diner atmosphere and customer service. Large portions for the price. Excellent food preparation! Dare say the best Chicken... Fried Steak, fried potatoes, sunny-side up eggs, and silver dollar pancakes we've ever eaten. Want to come back to try their"Horsey Shoe Factory" (like an open faced sandwich but covered in fries and cheese sauce) menu offerings. Read more
