Drove out of my way thursday 7/28/22 just to get Lee's Chicken for dinner (12 pc wasn't cheap)got home dinner was cooked so... today Friday I take it out the fridge to throw in the air fryer to find I have more than what i ordered (fried chickenfeathers). DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING !!!! I can not eat this garbage nor feed it to my grand girls How do you not seefeathers sticking out of the chicken and not clean it BUT, Cook and sell it to your customers DISGUSTING not one piece but threepcs of chicken had FRIED FEATHERS. Really good chicken. I got the chicken breast strips and it?s like they literally tore that awesome giant first hunk of tender... breast meat off the breast, you know the one I mean, and then deep fried that. Biscuit was buttery and had a good texture, wasjust a little over cooked, I bet when they?re perfectly cooked they?d make the whole meal. Macaroni salad tasted like the kind anice Midwest grandma would bring to a church potluck. A little cheese, some crunchy veggies like onion. They even had friedliver and gizzards, my mom would?ve been stoked! Super reasonable prices for what we got. Everyone working there was superyoung AND were both super polite and attentive. The chicken leg was 3 1/2 inches long. The thigh piece was small. I spent nearly $8 on Emaciated chicken and didn't find out... until I had driven 10 miles. This used to be a good place to pick up dinner on the way home. Not anymore. Read more
Good food decent price friendly employees. Love the green beans it's a great KFC alternative. Update: 11/7/21 Their Chicken... Sandwich is Popeye's Good! I don't say that lightly if Popeyes is the best (which I believe they are) Lee's is the next bestthing! Read more

Good food and cheap. Lunch special 2 piece chicken and 2 sides for $5.49. Drinks are 90 cents. Cookies are 1 for 1.49 or 2 for... 2.50. The only thing that went wrong was that they fried the chicken in burnt grease. I could taste it in the breading of thechicken. Hopefully you can catch them on a day when they have fresh cooking oil.
