Whenever I try to eat lunch there, regardless of the day of the week, there is never anything ready. I am always told there... will be a 10 minute wait. Hot & Ready is supposed to be what this chain is built on. Read more

Leaving out Little Caesar's has a whole, this location really fluctuates with the employees. I know that goes for any place, but... it's especially true here. Pulled in at dinner time and asked what pizza options were hot and ready. They said classic pep only.I said I'd like the extra most bestest then, and he suddenly said we have that too. I skeptically said Ok.... Got home, openedthe box. Definitely a classic. I paid more for the same pizza, he lied to me, and tore the sticker tag off of the box so that Icouldn't check it to make sujre (the thing they put on every box to scan into their system). Going to be a long time before Itry them again. Read more

Just get hot and ready. We waited an extra 40 min at the restaurant only to find out they gave our pizzas away, and then another... night they said our food was ready only to have forgotten one pizza and made another one wrong. Read more

I came inside thinking it would be quicker only to be flat out ignored for several minutes by an employee. Finally asked if they... had anything that was ready at the moment and the employee ignored me and walked away and went outside to retrieve someone fromthe parking lot to take my order as if it?s not his job even though he was just standing around the whole time. Not sure ifthere was a manager on duty, but you all need to work on your customer service skills. Read more

Worst experience ever. Will not be back. We have been waiting 45 min for 2 pizzas and an order of crazy bread. Saturday night... and they had no hot and ready?s available. Been standing in the lobby for 5 min and no one has come out to greet us, take ourorder or give us an update. I take that back he just came out and said it will be a few more minutes. When asked why the delayhe said, ?There are only 3 employees in the entire building.? While standing here waiting, one of the employees (who movedslower than molasses) just said a see ya later I?m heading home. Meanwhile, they have a line and people in the parking lot andother customers in the lobby now. I understand things happen, short staffed times happen, but the customer service during thosetimes needs to be even better to compensate or you lose customers like this one. Read more

It's 9:15..... you close at 11. I get the thing about waste but seriously not one possibly 2 pizzas up? 3 o'clock rolls around... nothing hot and ready when we come through. Is there anything Hot ready at all ever? This is ridiculous how many times thishappens. Call ahead right... no one picks up. Sleazers this blows. Read more

This is a cheese pizza Ashely the manager does not know how to run a company she said it must have been rush time. I ordered an... hour and a half early online! Who would even put this in the box i would rather wait 10 more min for a good pizza. She said shewould call her manager and hung up on me. Will never eat here again!! Read more

This is Typical for this place I have had 3 too many bad experiences and No Reasonable offers at correcting Thier mistakes I do... understand people have bad days and can in the food industry things can get Hectic and busy but to hold your customersaccountable and scream at them is absolutely not the way to deal with it my suggestion to resolving the problem is change ofmanagement or provide proper training to entire staff and Management team I was told that if a company has a high employee turnover rate that it is not the lack of qualified employees but due to Lack of proper management skill. To the 2 ladies that dealtwith this situation I hope you have a better week and remember to smile apologize and reason with customer that are notsatisfied. Read more
