This place gets 5 stars for one reason only "The Honey Lady"! She is wonderful and to me is a local celebrity. She's always... cheerful and deserves recognition from McD's. Every time I go here (once or twice a week) I always get the wrong order, today I played 23 for 2 q-pounders and 2 large fries... and got 2 mcchickens and a small fry. Read more
They get our order correct about 4 out of 5 times...and depending on the time you visit, is whether or not the employees will be... friendly or not so much! Overall it's not too bad! Read more
We did a quick drive through for iced tea. It was warm. The ice quickly melted. When the person in the window came back to give... us change, we asked for a cup of ice to get our tea cold. It was good except for being watered down by warm tea. Read more
Went to the McDonalds on Dettro Dr. today. All I ordered was a cup of coffee and a cup of ice; they wanted me to pull forward. I... told them I didn't want to so the other girl came over and asked me to pull forward because they were waiting for coffee tobrew. Again I said I didn't want to, and she gave me attitude. I knew if I did I would have to wait for all the cars behind meto get served and I would have to wait much longer. It happens there ALL the time. A minute later they gave me my coffee and Iasked for sweetener and creamer. They assured me it was in the cup. So I went to fill up with gas. Poured my hot coffee into theglass of ice then took a sip of my coffee. Guess what? No sweetener. Pretty sure that was intentional because I wouldn't pullforward as asked. They probably thought I wouldn't go back, but I did. I reported it to the manager, gave back the nasty coffee,got a refund, then took my business elsewhere! Read more
When ordering (thru the drive thru) we asked if they had the Halloween Pails for the kiddos and they said yes....15 mins later... we get up to the window and they hand us happy meals...no pails. ????????? They need some communication in that place. We got arefund. Read more
