Pizzas always ready on time and consistently good service.
Well I tried calling my local store to place an order for delivery since the app doesn't give that option.. order was all... wrong.. I ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks with 2 cups of cheese sauce..I got a cheese pizza withpepperoni stuffed crust no pepperoni on the pizza.. I got 1 cup of cheese sauce and 1 cup of marinara sauce..so I guess if Iorder again I'll do it on line so the person reading my order can at least understand what I'm saying.. Read more

We had there stuffed crust pepperoni pizza! It was very good lots of cheese in the crust.
I order Pizza on Jan,4th at 11:15pm when we received the pizza it was raw. We called back as soon as we noticed it was raw and... the manager said she already shut the ovens off and would give me a full refund and replace my order. I call back on Jan,8th toget my replacement and had the pleasure of speaking with the rudest manger I?ve ever spoke to at any business. If I was told Iwas going to receive a full refund and have my food replaced that should stand. I will never order there again and it?s veryclear this is poor management! Read more
The value is exceptional if you stick to the carry out specials on their website. The last pizza I got was a large 3 topping... with extra sauce. I couldn't help but notice that it just felt heavy while walking to the car. Best pizza I've had from PapaJohn's. Read more
I was going to order on a Monday evening and waited 6+ minutes to get a person. And then to get the pizza it was going to be... over an 1 1/2 hour wait or longer. If you picked it up. This is unacceptable ???? Read more
