Ate here for the first and last time. Waitress brought out our drinks about 5 minutes after ordering them my ice tea was hot had... to send it back, I ordered horseshoe was very disappointing it came with shredded monterrey cheddar cheese melted on top, burgerwas gross. I could make better food at home for the price. Fiance had buffalo wings he said could get better at Walmart.Waitress never offered to refill our drinks only came by table twice to ask how things were going. Read more
Absolutely terrible service. We waited 25 mins just to have our drink order taken, we immediately order after placing our drink... order and then took over an hour to get our food. The soup was extremely cold and the salads were welted as if they were under aheat lamp. The waitress came back and said that the food was sitting up there for awhile because someone lost the ticket anddidn?t know which table the food belonged to. So sad, I used to love coming here. Went in today with a group of 5 construction workers. Literally sat there for over 30 min while seeing other tables that came in... after us get started, drink orders, and a couple meals actually brought out. We sat for over 30 min with waitresses and whatlooked to be the owner, and nothing. They obviously saw us staring at them in hopes to get a drink order? Lesson learned, neverwill be back, and that?s too bad for them cause I know that the 5 of us can put down some food. Maybe we didn?t fit theirclientele?..Kinda felt that way as well? My food was the prime rib sandwich very very dry. My husband got a burger asked how he wanted it cooked he said medium It came... out totally red in the center and so greasy that it left grease on the plate it was NASTY! Waitress was nice thats what I gaveit 2 stars Read more
are there with the family and they sat us where we a view of the food as it comes up and they place on the trays to take to the... tables. As we are eating that?s all you see was the employees back there eating and grabbing a bite and chewing as the walk thefood out. I happened to glance up and see one of the employees grab food off of a plate to be served as the girl is laughing andtelling him to be careful it?s hot!!! So he shoves said food in his mouth, grabs the plate and puts it on the waitresses trayand she takes it out to be served to the waiting table. I sat there watching the rest of our meal and wondering if they ate ofour plates? since there was 4 people I could see constantly shoving food in their mouth and eating as they were waiting on foodplates and taking orders out!!! We decided to eat here on a Friday night the weekend if the girl's state track meet and it was busy. We were a little upset when... we arrived because we had made a reservation and were initially told that we would have to wait for a while because they had noroom. Another server told us it would just a few minutes. It went back and forth before we were seated after about 20 minutes ofwaiting. We had a group of 10 and our server did very well waiting on us (very composed, very accommodating) but the kitchenwasn't all that quick. Food was well prepared. I had a grilled tilapia with steamed vegetables and was pleased with the mangopico de Gallo. They also have a build your own Mac and cheese which looked good. Food I would say was a 5/5, but hostess andwait time make the experience a 4/5. We would probably go back on a slower night. Read more
Had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, really good just wish had more steak. Think waitress was new, she forgot side salad and... the fries where a little cold. Don't think there timing was on. Did notice the staff would applaud when cooks would have theretime's right. They didn't clap when we were served. The food was delicious besides that. I will definitely go back.
