The transition from a restaurant with a wait staff to a glorified automat where you order from a kiosk and sit down has sucked... all the charm out of this place. The overall decline in quality across the brand is made more evident by the now soullessatmosphere. Eating here is just not worth your hard earned money. Read more

The managers Ben and Loretta were very rude when I ordered food in the drive thru. Then they denied my payment because all I had... on me were large bills even though no where posted said they can not take larger bills. Would not recommend this Steak ?n Shakego somewhere where the employees are friendly instead of ones that want to argue with you and deny your payment. Read more
I stopped here for a late night meal away from home. The drive-thru gal was just really sweet. And I interacted with the manager... also and he was really nice. On top of all of that as I was eating my food I mentally remarked that this was really good. So inshort the people were nice and friendly and the food was good. Read more

Not only was our food delivered to our table fast, but it was also great quality and exactly as we ordered. The fries and onion... rings were so hot we had to wait a minute to eat but it was worth it to get crispy items while they were still crispy. Therestaurant was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They even cleaned the tables as soon as a guest left. It was sogood we went again the next day. Read more
