Drive through is working, but told in intercom that it isn?t. Nothing on bar to order. Manager is taking the orders- I am the... only person ordering. Other teens just standing, lounging. So I came here with my son, we went through the drive-thru with my boyfriend in the car in front of me. I ordered a Cajun filet... biscuit combo with a sweet tea, a kids supreme meal and two Bo-berry biscuits. They told me my order was $35. So I obviouslyknew that the order was messed up. I get to the window to explain what I had ordered and was asked that I didn?t order 4 Cajunfilet biscuit meals and I said no. The manager came to the window and said I heard you say 4 and the car in front of you paidfor your food anyways. I explained the car in front wasn?t a stranger it?s my boyfriend. I only needed the two meals andBo-berry biscuits. They shut the window and didn?t bring up the mishap again, at this point I just wanted what was paid for. Istill ended up only receiving one sweet tea instead of the 3 that were purchased. I?ve never been so frustrated or seen an issuehandled so inadequately. I live across the street so it?s convenient and I love bojangles but I won?t be coming back, at leastnot to this specific location. Very disappointing. Read more
I frequent this location as I live nearby. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. They read it back correctly, the receipt is... correct but I get home and the order is almost always wrong. Today was no exception...my side was wrong and my dipping sauce. ijust don't get it. I know this location is busy but the customer service is lacking and they need to double check the orders. Food is okay, but find another location. Hours are weird. The staff is more worried about closing the doors at 7 pm, than... getting your order right. I love Bo's, just not this location. Read more
I?ve stopped by this location lots with no problems but today was horrible. From the gentleman being rude taking my order, To... the ladies that had to hand me three different drinks just to get the right drink, and to top it off I got a four piece supremecombo with extra seasoning on the french fries but was given a three piece combo with no seasoning on the french fries. I placed an order for a 12 pc family pack on Sunday at 5:30 pm. At 6:20 I still had not received my order. The doors were locked... so you could not go in. I had call the store to get the manager. She only made excuse about being under staffed. They werefilling all the small orders and ignoring customers that placed large orders. They always behind and slow filing orders.Ifinally asked for a refund when they opened the door to fill another order. It took the manager forever to refund my creditcard. Poor, poor service. Avoid at all costs, I love Bojangles, it?s right across the street from where I live and I wouldn?t eat here if it was all there... was and free. The girl taking orders at the window was legit angry at everything from me ordering to me asking for a straw todrink my tea while I sat and waited 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwich, and I was the only one that was there the entire time. Iwaited 30 minutes for my sandwich but before that I waited to even get my order taken for 10-15 minutes and again I was the onlyperson that came through. And I couldn?t have been waiting for fresh food, the tea was spoiled, the Bo fries were like 2 monthold toenails and the chicken sandwich was something else. The old tomato and baby bacon gave it a unique taste to say the least.I asked the manager why it took so long and I thought she was gonna slap me FR FR so I shut up and normally I don?t intimidateeasily. Hours on the door and website state they open at 5 am. Decided on them for breakfast on Thursday 11/10/22 and at 6:20am, they... weren't open. There were lights on inside, but the main sign and the menu were dark. Same with Friday 11/11. For giggles, Idrove by there again today, same result. Can't speak to their customer service or food because they aren't open. Read more
