My mother and I came to visit family and decided to order pizza for lunch. Shortly after the order was placed, I got a phone... call from Domino's saying the pizza was done but not cut properly when boxed so they are making a fresh pizza for us. I love howthey communicated and are very prompt! I'm from Darlington, SC and they are not good, often get my pizza cold, I have to wait upto 3 hours for them to deliver, and they always fail to bring all the items I order and my order is always missing something. IAM SUPER IMPRESSED WITH THIS DOMINOS IN GREENVILLE AND WILL BE BACK! Thank you for all your hard work and your customers donotice. Read more
They are not consistent at all sometimes they get it right and sometimes they get it wrong bc i used to be a regular consumer... but they keep on Messing up on my order....they did not satisfy my last order the gm acted like he didn't get my complaints4months ago....but i did do one...he keep talking over me several times....he acted like I didn't make my last order...until Itold him I have my receipt so the he change up on the story talking about i called out the wrong ingredients????....he said hewas the owner but Ashley the manager told me that it was a female..the owner never contacted me at all so I could tell her myconcerns about her store bc they weren't handle correctly and the Gm was rude...he also stated that I have been getting freepizza but lets think about that statement when you don't cook or do the pizza correctly....then it's wrong and it's not how Iwould expect it to be done...so therefore you have to correct your mistakes for the food I have already brought...they don't know how to treat there consumers and I wouldn't recommend that Specific location to no one I'm still a domino's fan but notthe one in Mauldin. Loved it, made our pizzas exactly as ordered. Good buy for the money. And we got 3 topping mediums for 7.99 each!
Despite all the negative reviews, I ordered online and had speedy delivery without any issues. Katrina was SUPER friendly,... enthusiastic and followed delivery instructions. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with modifications and an Italian sub which wereboth piping hot and delicious. I would order from here again as long as Katrina delivered my food again! Read more
