I arrived at 8:35pm (store closes at 9pm) and the shift leader and employee working this evening decided to take it upon... themselves to ignore all their customers. It is drive thru only, currently, so, I was in line at 8:35, directly behind an SUV. Iassumd the SUV had a large order, as it seemed to be taking a while at the speaker. Eventually, they drove up to pay (or so Ithought). I pull up to the speaker to place my order... crickets. As I am waiting, another SUV pulled up behind me. I keptwaiting for about 2 solid minutes before I thought "the speaker must be broken", so, I drive to the window and stop, planning tospeak to the shift leader (key holder) left in charge of the store. He and the other employee had closed down the sandwich lineand were sweeping and mopping, ignoring ALL CUSTOMERS. The SUV in front of me was clearly not served, either, nor were thepeople behind me. The employees looked directly at me, then looked away, and continued their closing duties while the store hada remaining 25 minutes for paying customers. You've lost more than one customer tonight, I can guarantee that. Perhaps find somepeople who will work the required hours and take care of their guests, rather than leaving careless, rude people to operate thestore when the general manager is out. The ordering process was a little frustrating. Could not do partial payment online so had to call in the order due to wanting to... pay with gift card and card for delivery. The call was rocky due to inexperienced staff. Which I understand. We made it throughthe order after someone more experienced was handed the call. Unfortunately our sides were missing once delivered. Overall justa rough experience. Training Note: "what do you want" is not a good way to ask for someone's order. Read more
First time for the unwich for my diet that?s offered. Ordered a roast beef #10 n asked for horseradish. They didn?t have... horseradish but offered me a Mayo/horseradish that they did have. It was GREAT! Loved it went back to order again the followingweek. I was told that the horseradish was for a limited time and only used for a certain sandwich. They still had it but Icouldn?t have for my sandwich. I explained that was the offered to me on my last visit but was told I couldn?t have it becauseit was used for a certain sandwich. They still had it but just wouldn?t give it to me. So disappointed that I received once nthen was told no the second time. I won?t be back for awhile. To me horseradish n roast beef go hand and hand. First & probably last visit. Went thru the Drive thru as the store does not offer dine-in. I ordered an 8 inch ham & provolone... with oil & vinegar only. I asked that the sandwich be cut in half. What I received was a ham & cheese sandwich dry & not cut.Very disappointed to say the least! I gave one Star, because the Employee was polite. Read more
All Jimmy John?s are fast but this location has some of the nicest service I?ve ever received! There have been many time that,... because I ordered on the app, my food is ready before those in front of me and someone will bring it directly out to my car so Idon?t have to wait in the line. Everyone is always extremely nice and smiling. I pass a different location to go to this onespecifically because of the staff! Read more
