Food was ok. Great portions for the price but flavor was nothing special. Kitchen was a swamp and the wait staff tracked water... across the already slick floor. Atmosphere was all over the place and again nothing special. Burrito challenge was just WOW. Read more

Great place to eat ! Clean eating place, clean restroom, and well bused ! Sauce Bar available with various flavors, bar drinks... available with kind bartenders! Now you might wonder why I did NOT 5 star this place with such critique....Food , the onereason we go to eat. Mexican to Texmex tend to not be "healthy " ,but it was tad bit greasy. Like straight poured from cookingpan/skillet (non-strained)left with all grease from burnt fat . Love a little, just not so much it drowns the flavor ! Spanishfood is mainly about spice and seasonings... let's not destroy it with too much oil or burnt fat grease !! Definitely willingto go back and request with specific directions in hopes for best quality. Tho remember, if with the right drink(s)... youmight not care or remember and just 'stuff yo face' !! We have been to 3 of the Papas & Beer locations. All of them are great food for the price. The camarones a la diabla is my... favorite since I love spicy. Honestly have not had one bad dish from these restaurants. Staff is always friendly and the salsabar helps add a kick to the dishes if you need it. I recommend the habanero salsa! Read more

Papa?s and Beer is our favorite restaurant in the local area. However, this specific location is our new favorite. It has the... same general vibe as all the other locations, however, it is much brighter and cleaner than some of the other locations. Theindoor seating is comfortable and they offer both booths and tables? as well as some seating at the bar. There is enough room tomove around the dining area without feeling cramped. Would be easy for someone in a wheelchair to navigate. Outdoor seating isalso available on the front patio, which is covered. The food is fresh and delicious and serving sizes are very generous. Ourwaiter was amazing and the food came out extremely fast (and that was even at dinner time when they were fairly busy.) Parkingis available on both sides of the restaurant, as well as in the back. It is easy to get in and out of the restaurant even beinglocated on a busy street. They offer happy hour a few days of the week. Our favorite dishes are: Spicy Green Enchiladas, Arrozcon Pollo, Shrimp Tacos, & Spicy Cream Chicken. Like all the Papa?s locations they offer chips and bean dip for free and theyalso have a free salsa bar where you can select from a variety of salsas. (I highly recommend the creamy green salsa.) Also asfor appetizers? don?t skip on the table side, guacamole or the jalapeño queso dip. Read more

Great food and service. Best nachos in town in my opinion. Great new addition to the Papas and Beer locations.
