I ordered online at 7:27 & was told it would be ready at 7:38. I only live 5 mins away. I told them I was there 4 times. Another... car pulled up at 8pm and got their order & I was still waiting. I asked the employee where my order was she went into the storeand came back with my order right away. Good thing we ordered salads that were very skimpy for almost $20. We were VERYdisappointed! There is always a long line and it's not because they are busy but because they are so slow. There will be only 3 cars in front... of you and you will end up waiting over 20 min just to order then another 15 min to get your food. This is the only zaxbys thatI have been to that is this slow. Every time I eat at this training store they get my food wrong one a toddler can tell you how many pieces of bread come with a... four piece meal when obviously the answer is four and then you get a $10 salad with no eggs on it and like a quarter teaspoon ofcheese is wrong. They used to be a lot better. The staff use "would you hold for a moment" at the drive through to wild abuse and abandon.... They'll have you waiting for 30 minutes to get fast food. It's insane and clearly they are moving sluggish. You can get a finedinning meal cooked in that time! Lazy staff. Go else where. I drove in on a whim today. They are trying out the human ordering like the other place does, well...it worked! I was in and... out in very few minutes with the most delicious grilled Cobb salad I've ever had. So fresh, I was so happy. Service wasexcellent! Bravo to all! Read more

I really like the fact that I can... order a salad here with no meat and can get it for a less expensive price. I really don?t like it when businesses charge you thesame price with or without meat, so just a heads up you don?t have to worry about that here! On kids night which is Wednesdayyou can get a kids meal for .99 with any entree, so a Cobb zalad with no meat and kids meal for under $10 is a great deal!
