We ordered door dash, 51 dollars for breakfast food. It gets to out house and there is no biscuits to go with the gravy. Why... doesn't Bob Evans pay for door dash to bring us the stuff they forgot to put in the bag? But they did offer for us to drive upand get the biscuits lol. What a disaster. Arrived 7pm for a quick supper. Nine people waiting but all tables were empty. Six men (boys) behind counter.... Only 6 booths with people eating. We waited 35 minutes to be seated. Our breakfast was pretty good and our server/service was great but the restaurant is very very dirty from the front doors all... nasty with crude and finger prints all over the glass the restroom was absolutely filthy nasty dirty and if you look up at theceiling around the dining area it's all full of greasy cobwebs. Obviously know manager pride. My family used to only eatbreakfast out if it was going to be at a Bob Evans because they used to be so clean. This is our go-to location when we visit family in Toledo. We took a group of 17 there - Brenna was our server, and she (and... others from the team who pitched in to help) did a wonderful job! We've ordered 3x from this particular Bob Evans. It's close to work and thought it would be a good idea. First time, was pretty... good. Second time, wild fire salads were made incorrectly, no BBQ sauce on it... which is why it's even called a wild firesalad. Bessie Mae, I believe her name was, was wonderful... made us 2 correctly made salads. A little grossed out by the longhaired kid behind the counter, repeatedly flicking his hair as he walked back and forth by food. Ordered again today. Hardly anychicken on the salads, pieces ripped up, dry, and... someone obviously cut our banana bread in half, making 2 pieces from one.Skinniest skimpiest most pathetic little banana bread slices ever. The service was really good and the prices are fair. My guests with me have never been to a Bob Evans before and they really... enjoyed their burgers and fries. Generally, when you want a breakfast, you can't go wrong Bob Evans, and I'm glad I was able tofind one while on vacation. They have some souvenirs to buy as well, which is fun. I picked up a couple of shirts and one ofthem is 100% cotton which shocked me. Read more
