Tried ordering pretzel bites for appetizer, they had pretzels but no seasoning....... tried switching to onion rings, was told... we could only get rings if we ordered sampler platter due to what the Mgr. said was a nation wide onion shortage (no problems atother restaurants), no apologies from him, then ordered and charged for guacamole, and never received (waitress did get itremoved), overall bad experience due to what it seemed like poor inventory management Read more
Chicken wings was barely done. Very tough to get chicken off the bone and chicken was Luke warm at best. I guess I'm used to... chicken of falling off the bone when done. Fries was hot and good as was the service. I refused to pay due to the quality of thefood. My son paid. So I don't have the receipt. First time in my life that I refused to pay for food service. Got carry out on a super busy college football night everything was right and hot.
Our server Sierra was wonderful as she was attentive and professional. Our drinks and appetizers came out without a problem but... things derailed with our dinner. We ordered a few kids dinners along with boneless wings, potato wedges, and one of the new barpizzas. The food took a long time to arrive and was very cold and not everything was ready. The pizza was pathetic and awful. Our server was embarrassed to serve it to us and took it back to show management. We didn?t hear from management at all butSierra took matters in her own hands and only charged us for the drinks. We felt awful for her as she was visibly upset withher coworkers. We realize when coming to BDubs your not getting a five star dining experience but I would recommend gettingthings in order before the football season gets in full swing. Read more
Went Today, August 11th for a pick up order for the BOGO Boneless. I was greeted with the most friendliest Faces, Apollo was my... Server, Cashier, and a familiar face! To say that she took care of me is an understatement. Even while busy she didn?t break asingle sweat and kept up the good attitude! Her coworker, Marsh was just as upbeat! First off the person greeting me and retrieving my takeout order could be more pleasant. However, when I opened the box with my... salad (which is a dollar upcharge) couldn't have been more unappealing. Almost all the lettuce was brown and couldn't/shouldn'tbe eaten. Terrible. I go here regularly, however this may be the last. How does something like that even pass out of a kitchen.I will think twice before I return. Glad I ordered these with extra sauce or they would have came plain! If I ordered them plain, would you have taken most the... breading off? Asking for a friend! Get it together. Out of 3 orders only one had enough sauce on it to actually taste thesauce. Guess I can do the blazing hit challenge at this rate. Read more
