Gave this particular spot several chances because I love chipotle so much, however, the staff is rude every single time I am... here. They talk to customers like they?re ignorant. They talk to each other like they have zero respect for each other and theydon?t care that the customers can hear everything they are saying. The girl cashing me out asked an employee next to her severaltimes to get some side servings for my order (which I had asked her for when she was preparing my order) and she ignored me andher. When I had asked the preparer to add those sides she rudely asked ,?what do you want ON this bowl!?? So rude. I wasn?tgoing to even leave a review but I had to this time. I decided I will no longer go to this establishment and hope the otherlocations are nicer. One of my favorite eateries and it?s just not worth it to have such chaos and be treated so poorly. This place does everything to make it more convenient for them and inconvenient for the customer. The other day they were out... of white rice and said they were too busy to make more. Today they were out of chips and would only let me pay with exact cashor credit card. And they were very rude when I voiced my objection. Would leave zero stars if I could. Manager has an "oh well" attitude. In store is SUPER SLOW and always out of items. Ordering... via an app and they barely give you any ingredients. And if they run out of an item, they don't even bother to reach out, youjust get delivered whatever they decide to give you. Ordered via the app. It stated it would take 10 minutes. I waited at the pick up area for 40 minutes to get the order. In... person orders were placed and picked up before pick up orders were finished that were placed far before. Ordering in advance wasnot beneficial and the teams split between in person ordering and pick up were not balanced. To top off the experience, whenarriving home we discovered our bowls were the smallest we have ever seen. You wanted fajita veggies? You get three tiny sliversof pepper. Terrible. Read more
The line moved quickly, which was very nice. The order taker informed me that they were out of hot salsa, which is notable. My... meal would have included that so I am happy that they let me know right away. The order fulfillment process was just fine.
