UPDATE: 3 times last week we ordered our usual 2 items, 1 of which being the Oreo Overload but with Coffee ice cream & always a... Gotta Have It size. 1st time was made with incorrect ice cream, all 3 times minimal oreos & all 3 times less than usual for thesize ordered. ???? New people and service still all good, just bummed that 3 out of 3 times in 1 week was my very same itemsubpar. By no means new to this location or this ordered item, so all comparisons based off of steady history of. Hoping it'snot a change in business. 8 MONTHS AGO REVIEW 5 stars: Brenda and her team are all wonderful! A pleasant experience every timewe visit and not to mention that it's always delicious. Cant go wrong with coldnstone, i love this place. Always a hard decision on what o get.
Store has really gone down hill. Hours are terrible, staff is extremely green and there appears to be very limited supervision... of seasoned staff members. Read more

I Come here at least 3x a month for about 2 yrs for their double chocolate. It's nice when you walk in and the person waiting on... you Is kind and smiles back. I don't normally ever get a good vibe because 98% of the time they seem to hate their job andmade to feel unwelcome. Today I purposely look at the girls ID because she deserves a awesome review. Why is it that everytime i go in here they have three people working but only one person taking orders inside. It seems like the... line would go quicker if atleast two people where filling orders inside. Now if i was in that position were i had to fill allthe orders and work the cash register by myself with two other people working and not really doing anything i would be upset, Most places I've worked usually put a lot of emphasis on teamwork meaning all the people work together to make the customershappy. I mean isnt that what buisness is about making people want to come back. I'm sorry but this is a poor excuse on how torun a business and Personally if that was my business I would never put all the work on the one person. Read more
