I write my reviews based on a number of things, but for restaurants, #1 is taste, #2 is service, #3+ is everything else. This... is a great restaurant with the best Mexican food I've tasted east of Texas. The service was great, I left a 25% tip. I had thecarne asada, and while it was slightly underspiced, it was very tasty and properly cooked. The salsa was great! The beans wererobust and tasty. Food was delicious. They had Tuesday taco day which gives 3 big tacos for $6.99 and that was filling ????????. This place is... real nice. Staff at the bar was friendly. They also had Tuesday margaritas for discounted price. Read more
I thought the food was wonderful. They have great vegetarian options! The staff sang happy birthday to my daughter and gave her... a free dessert. It was totally unexpected. They accommodated our party very well. We will be long term customers for sure???????? Read more
This place goes above and beyond to serve this area some of the best Mexican food we have ever had the pleasure of trying.... Everything is fresh, flavorful. Salsa is addicting and everything down to the chips + tortillas appear to be homemade. It's damnnear impossible to walk out of here dissatisfied. Staff is excellent, family friendly, prices are very reasonable and food is todie for. Friendly people, suggested new items to try. Drinks are good. Fajitas can be better, was too much of oil in it and overly fried.... Other than that the food was great. Super good food. Great service. We ate outside on the patio. We ordered the fiesta fajitas for two. There was more than enough... food. I was completely stuffed and we had leftovers. The chips & salsa were good too. I probably ate too many of those beforedinner. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. Read more
This place I'm assuming is one of a chain because it was identical to another of my favorite places in Iowa but the food was... delicious, staff was nice, and it was a nice atmosphere. The booths felt intimate due to the high dividers between the back toback bench seats, which also kept the noise down. Read more
