Food was hot but had absolutely no taste at all.
If you're traveling across Indiana and need a good meal, this is a good stop. It's only about a mile off the Tollway and the... food is good. Make sure you ask for plates and utensils, though! They're busy and sometimes it gets missed. (That's a goodthing!) Read more
Wow. Very rude! We?ve come here many times over the years, and never had a problem until this evening. Frankly, the food is just... fine. It?s not great, but it?s totally doable when you?re out and about, heading home not wanting to cook. We ordered a familysized beef fried rice, family sized chicken fried rice, almond boneless chicken, five egg rolls and a mango mandarin smoothie.That is not what we got, it was two chicken fried rice boxes no almond boneless chicken and no sweet and sour sauce. So we satin line again, pulled BACK around and were told to pass the food back into the restaurant so he could ?check the bag? and hetook it in picked the chicken out of one of the fried rice containers and swapped it with beef. Three scoops out, three back in,added the ?almond boneless chicken? and rudely said ?there?s no mistake everything is in here? but we SAW him do it. Anyhow, gothome, opened the ABC and it?s sweet and sour chicken which no one likes. I called and said I?m sorry to bother you but we?ve hada mistake, and he wanted to argue kept saying ?it?s right? no, it?s not right, we?ve eaten here for 30 years. Unless the recipechanged in the last month which I doubt. I said this would be very easy to fix, and more being told that I was wrong, I assuredthis person it?s incorrect?that it could just be swapped and sure it LOOKED like ABC but it definitely was not. More attitude soI said well, okay, then I guess we won?t come back because it?s really an easy fix, just put a replacement out or on the books.Instead of finding a solution I?m hung up on. That?s it. After literally three decades we are DONE. I don?t know the man?s name,the receipt says ?LillyAnn? and it?s surely not her. I have no doubt that someone with a temper like his has gone unnoticed. I lived in maumee for a short while years ago If you are hungry I would recommend getting a family sized meal they really feed... 1 and maybe a little leftover for a tiny snack for me it was the only way I ever got my money's worth and they were alsoreasonably priced the regular size meals are ok if you aren't that hungry or just want to try an item. I tried to order the 2 for $10 online but there wasn't a way to add special instructions & when I tried to order it at the... drive-thru, it wasn't offered. I ordered pad Thai & bourbon chicken both with extra sauce & extra chicken in the pad Thai & Icouldn't tell if they added the extra sauce. Had I not added the extra chicken, there would have been very little & most of itwas tough. However, the employee at the window was very courteous and my food was prepared quickly. Read more
Used to be my favorite Asian fast food restaurant (pre pandemic). Haven't been there in a long time, as the dinning room was... closed. Dinning room is now open. Ordered takeout about 2 weeks ago and food was just as I remembered. Last week my spicychicken tasted nothing like it always has. The sauce was off.
