Had an extra large 2-topping pizza, an order of cheese bread with extra cheese, and a ham & cheese sub. Best tasting food from... Marcos ever! Perfectly cooked and super delicious! Everyone loved it. Also, ordered it online on a Friday evening. Arranged forthe pizza to arrive at 9:00 pm and it was pretty darn close to that time! Delivery person was super friendly. Wish I couldremember her name! Been ordering from here a few years. What I loved was my pizza was always the same. Like nobody else's. Always delivered the... exact same way. Just had another delivered, and just like the last five orders, I was again disappointed. What happened? Read more
The pizza is almost always good. Unfortunately though, it's run by a miserable manager who won't hesitate to meet you with... hostility and argue with you, even when they very obviously mess up your order. Also, recently they started charging $0.35apiece for packets of parmesan and crushed red pepper (none are included with purchase of a pizza). Usually if it's one of theregular employees working, they'll just give them to you, but if the manager is there, don't count on it. Read more
I haven't had a pizza in a while but a friend suggested it and so we ordered a Hawaiian. Half sausage and half pineapple. They... made it very easy to order and although we weren't too far away, it was ready when we arrived. Even though they seemed prettybusy with a lot of delivery drivers coming and going. The pizza was perfect, they had plenty of the toppings, crust was thick,cooked just right. I was really impressed with the pizza itself. It just seemed a little pricey. I think since we were pickingit up, it could have been just a little less expensive. Read more
My first negative review of Marcos. Food is always great no matter the location. However, the service at the Maumee location... could be better. One gentleman did greet me but someone else cashed me out and he was rude. He handed me my pizza, and I took asecond just to glance at it, and he said "ma'am I'm going to have to ask you to step behind the glass". I closed my box and hesaid it again, this time in a very rude manner. I told him that he did not have to say it like that, and I simply took a secondto glance at my pizza...the entire encounter had to have been around 30 seconds it's not like I was standing there taking myprecious time looking at my food. I understand we are in tough times and have to take precautions, but there is a way to talk topeople. I was not rude or nasty to him, so he didn't have to be that way with me. Despite me not being behind the glass we werestill at a safe distance, plus THE SIGN THAT ASKS FOR CUSTOMERS TO STAND BEHIND THE GLASS IS VERY SMALL. If your staff is thatconcerned about customers standing behind glass, please at least put a sign up in the open space. I will never order from thislocation again. Read more
