Very abrasive manager. When we arrived she saw us and another group waiting and directed us to the kiosk in order to order.... There was only one kiosk working, the people ahead of us didn?t want to use the kiosk and the manager essentially said too badso the people stormed out. I used the kiosk without issue and as I was patiently waiting I was looking at the overhead menu andthe manager saw me and stated my order, I was taken off guard initially and didn?t hear what she said so she said it again and Ihad to think for a second because I thought I ordered something different and she became exasperated when I said ?yea I thinkso? and threw up her arms and walked away. Haven?t had McDonald?s in years so really wasn?t prepared for the abrasive attitude,especially from a manager who is supposed to be keeping the atmosphere calm and collected. Food was still good, probably just goto a different location if you want a welcoming atmosphere/nice people.. but also it?s McDonald?s so you can?t expect much. Read more
We stopped by after the AW vs Maumee game yesterday and I have to say this was one of my best fast food experiences since I... can't remember when. The line was long from the game letting out but it went quickly. Our burgers tasted fantastic and werewell built. The fries were hot and salted perfectly. Thank you for a great experience. Read more
this location consistently messes up orders; i ordered a four piece happy meal with ranch and received two nuggets and no sauce... and the seven fries are just tossed into the box. plain cheeseburgers have condiments, wrong sizes for drinks, fries barely fillthe container... simply put this location sucks Read more
While I have had my fair share of bad experiences at McDonald's establishments, this one went above and beyond to make sure I... would never come back. Not only did they mess up part of the order, the wait was unbelievable. When I finally spoke to amanager, she went back and grabbed the order right away, indicating it had been finished and no one bothered to bring it up,after 30 MINUTES. Unbelievable, this place is terrible, whoever is running this place needs to take a look at their staff, andhow they are running the place. Read more

It's really hit or miss with this McDonald's I think. On a Friday night I would have given five stars easily because everything... was hot and fresh with fast service. But, now on a Sunday night fries were from the bottom of the barrel and chicken was old andlukewarm. So yeah, hit or miss, just take your chances on any given day. Read more
