Our experience was amazing. They were busy but the service was still really good. A manager overheard in the bathroom that our... daughter kept her diaper dry and used the toilet. She tracked us down to congratulate us and gave my daughter free ice cream!Then there was an honest mistake when we were billed, and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. We had the most fabulous server Taylor B. tonight. She was by far the best server we have ever encountered. She had the most... pleasant personality, not overbearing, checked in with us often but not to the point it was overwhelming. She constantly smiledand made us feel very welcomed. She had everything we ordered perfect and she didn't even give me a hard time when I orderedketchup for my steak (which I know most will say that is a no - no) - When we go back we will definitely request her again.We spoke with Noah one of the managers who also was extremely pleasant and personable. Absolutely awesome!! Food was delish, perfectly cooked, and our waiter John!! Was WOW!! Outstanding serve and food..... establishment super clean, which matters to me. Nothing worse then going to a place to eat and seeing food on floor, and dirtytables. SUPER SERVICE, CLEAN, and great portion for the money!! Perfect belated birthday celebration!! Excellent service! Food was good and portions were plentiful. Steak was prepared to perfection (6oz sirloin medium-rare).
Excellent service 5 star. Food 1 star. Strip Steak ordered med rare came out well done. There remade it. It came out very rare.... I would of ate it anyway but when I cut into it it was the worst cut of meat ever it was almost all fat. There is no way thecook did not see that before putting it on the grill. The lobster tail was horrible BUT of all the OUTBACKS I've ever ate at this is by far the BEST!! Other than the lobster being... severely over-cooked and fishy tasting EVERYTHING else was ON POINT!! The steak was cooked to perfection, the baked potato wasfresh!! I hate when I get re-heated potatoes!! The salad was awesome. The blooming onion was nice and crispy. Our family called to place a curbside to go order and the absolute nicest, friendliest employee named Noah took our order and... assisted us.
