Was in here eating lunch early Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't very crowded. After we were seated, we waited and waited for a... server to greet us, but nothing. Other tables seated after us were greeted. We finally had to ask for service after severalstaff just kept looking at us. This was about 20min after being seated. By then, we knew what we were getting and orderedeverything at once. A few minutes later, the server informed us there was no rice for the sushi we ordered. So we canceled.About 10min later, a server brought three different sushi orders to the table next to us. Guess they weren't out. The serverchecked on us which I ordered a cocktail which she acknowledged. However I never received it. Finally our food came out when allthe tables around us that sat after us were leaving. I then had to ask the server two times for my ice tea to be filled as itsat empty. I can't believe management allows such awful service. Read more
Ridiculously high cost for the portion of food that is sent to me. As you see in the photo attached here, the food portion is... much lesser than a Kid's meal at any other restaurant. And they charged $16 + all other service charges, etc etc. We generallyvisit this restaurant and food tastes great and the portion is also very good. But, when you order food online, they CHEAT andROB you. They send you very little food and the food tastes very average. This is the second time I felt cheated and hencegiving the review. I though it could be a mistake for the first time. When you are ordering food online, then AVOID thisrestaurant. Read more
We usually love the food. This time the Mongolian Beef was more like Mongolian Jerky. So so tough. Both my husband and I got the... dish. Seriously it was just like jerky...a lot of chewing. Sauce wasn't as good. We didn't dare ask her redo it because it tookus forever to get our food. We wish we had gone to Panda Express. On top of that the heat was pouring into the lobby and thewhole place was stuffy. Everyone had a sheen to their face. I fanned myself with a drink menu the entire time. We splurgedtonight with out an out of town guest. At least her salmon was good. But I don't think my husband and I will chance it again.Not at those prices for sure. Read more
Excellent food and service! Really rolled out the red carpet to make my daughter's sweet 16 lunch special. Made reservations... through the app.with a request for a booth and mentioned it was my daughter's birthday. The table was set beautifully! Black andgold with placemats and gold chopsticks. As a chain restaurant it's definitely one of the good ones! It never disappoints! Had their garlic fire green beans, black... pepper steak, Chang's spicy chicken, and their apple pie dessert! All was delicious and our server Tony was very delightful,attentive and an amazing personality! Read more
P F Changs is a great restaurant to eat at. We eat there all the time, usually at the bar. The staff and bartenders are amazing... and friendly. Their food is absolutely delicious! I love their won ton soup! Their dumplings are amazing. They don’t have awide variety of sushi but what they have is scrumptious. This is a great place to eat with family, friends, or if you are out ona date. Read more

I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s. The food was excellent as always, and the service was spectacular! My server,... Taylor, greeted my family and i with a smile. Taylor recommended the Mongolian beef and it was delicious. She went out of herway to make my birthday feel extra special. I will be asking for her in the future. Read more
