Placed a pick-up order and was given the wrong sandwich (which I can't even eat) AND the wrong salad. I would just eat the salad... anyway but I don't like the one they gave me, which is why I ordered the one I do like. I'm frustrated. Do I have to literallyunwrap my sandwich in the store at pick-up to verify now? There's no indication that it's the wrong food until you open it up.I'm really frustrated that I bought food I can't even eat/don't like because they messed up my order. I even upgraded mysandwich toppings and the sandwich I got had literally no toppings on it anyway. Just meat and cheese. Like? Even if I wantedthat sandwich, where are the toppings that are included AND the extra topping I paid for? Generally very very unhappy. Usually Iorder through Grubhub for delivery and it's fine. The staff was fast & friendly. The tea was a little watered down today. I didn't notice until I was home that she gave me the... wrong muffin; I wanted the last orange cranberry muffin, but she gave me blueberry. The ceasar salad is pretty good but alittle stingy on the dressing. If you go for the added chicken, ask for extra dressing. Read more
