Absolutely love the breakfast bacon, egg,and cheese English muffin and coffee. Best coffee around; much better than several... competitors' coffee. The drive- through staff go out of their way to be pleasant; nicer than other locations. Assistantmanager, Audrey, and manager, Stephanie, along with Sierra display excellent customer service. The first Tim Hortons We have seen in a long time. My wife is Canadian and I love Tim Hortons. This was such a great surprise... and start to our day. The apple fritter was the usual absolutely delicious and the donuts fresh and delicious. The woman at thewindow was charming. I wish we had these near Pittsburgh. I recommend if your near Toledo that you stop. Read more

I was so excited to find a Tim Hortons. Funny they closed so early last evening...9 PM. But worth the wait. I forgot how HOT the... teas and coffee could be... the blueberry glazed Timbits were just as good as I remember. The cashier was super friendly. Thestore smells the same as back home. The food, coffee, and service here was great the manager who took our order(older woman with blonde bobbed hair and bright pink... lipstick)at the drive through was rude and condescending. When we pulled up through the drive through we asked for an asiagobagel with cream cheese, she gave a rude response to my mother who was placing the order and said something along the lines of?mam we don?t have asiago bagels anymore and their not even on the menu? it wasn?t really what she said it was how she said it. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they forgot the egg on both of them. Pretty impressive if you ask me to mess that up. Drove... all the way home when we discovered it and the best they could do was just replace them if I drove all the way back. I wouldhave even been thankful if they took say 5 - 10 % off of our order just for having to drive back and forth again. Didn?tbother. Wasn?t worth my time or gas but this review was. Not going back.
