The first time I went to tropical smoothie I saw the prices up on the menu board and thought to myself this is a one-time only... visit. However, when I received my order and saw how large the burrito was, I turned it into three meals, the math told me thatthis was a good deal! The food was fresh and flavorful, the restaurant was clean, the employees courteous, and now I know theprices are fair. I'll be going back there before the weather turns. Read more
Smoothies are usually pretty good, but sometimes they don't mix them well enough and they're hard to drink. Usually it takes... about 10 minutes plus to get an order, so if you're in a rush, place your order online ahead of time... like when you're justleaving to go there. Usually has a line. Wish the menu was a bit bigger, but food not bad, but a little expensive for whatit is. The kids that work there and Usually pretty nice and lobby always looks clean. Read more
Unfortunately, I didn't get the young ladies name that took our order and cashed us out this evening but she was wonderful! She... was running the register around 9:30 p.m. tonight, she had long dark hair and she had such a pleasant attitude. She was cleaningwhen we came in, stopped immediately to take our order and was very helpful. Its so hard to find people nowadays that actuallywork and are friendly. So she was definitely a breath of fresh air...thank you for being one of the great ones :) TropicalSmoothie please give this young lady a raise or at least a gift card to let her know that she is appreciated and it doesn't gowithout notice ???? The first time of me coming to this restaurant it was a great experience! Today was not so much. They over loaded the BBQ sauce... on my flat bread and that was all you could taste. Had the first time being here been like today I would not have came back. Theservice was great both times, just the food the second time was not worth it. I just hope you work on standardizing your cookingside of things because I fell in love with the flats and would like to keep getting them. If I get another one like today Iwould not come back. Please please please work on this. I truly love your food and smoothies but it had to be pretty close eachtime and not over barring with the sauce. Read more
