This store is completely unprofessional. I just moved here from Texas and anytime myself or my husband goes in to buy cigarettes... they look at our IDs like they're fake. I'm sorry but not everyone had a Arkansas ID and if you're a true gas station you shouldtrain your people to now how to tell if IDs are fake with any state. We've even been told we're scamming them because they can'ttell if our ID is real or fake obviously the managers need to do better training. I ran a gas station and I had to teach all myemployees real and fake IDs for all states. And the woman cashier up there is completely rude and disrespectful along with themanager. Kicking my husband out of the store before he even gets to tell what's going on. Well y'all just lost several customersthat come in daily and spend a lot of money at your store. Read more
The guy that works the overnight is rude. I wanted coffee and snacks for my kids. It was almost 5am in the morning and he had... just started mopping. He got mad that I still wanted coffee....he said something under his breath... Ive been to this Kum and Goseveral times and I know it wasn't busy all night. I waited at the counter for him to check me out and he went to kitchen....soI waited and finally left the coffee on the counter. Please hire friendly people that provides great customer service. Apparently the guy that works there right now, which it is August the 11th at 11:46 p.m. , doesn't feel like doing his job so... you have to do it yourself. So if you want to go up there now and he won't even count the money he just asked you how much is inyour hand. Not very good practice plus he was FaceTiming someone while he was at the register with me didn't hear anything thatI said and I had to say it three different times. In the mornings and during the day the crew are perfect this guy, this guydoes not even notice that you were in the store. Read more
I usually don't write reviews about my gas station/convenience store ????? experiences, but lookie lookie ???????? I'm doing... just that. I pulled into Kum & Go to fill up my truck ????, and after pressing "YES" for receipt, the paper didn't Kum out so Icould just Go, but instead of getting upset, stomping my feet, huffing n' puffing, and telling myself life isn't fair the wholewalk in from pump 5 to get my receipt, I just enjoyed the sweet stroll through the parking lot, because secretly I had a majorsweet tooth craving for CHOCOLAAATE ????????????. I entered the establishment, and I was greeted by two friendly individuals. Iwalked in staring directly into what seemed to be the eyes of this glazed coating wrapped Apple Fritter ???????? with all thisdeliciousness staring directly at me as if I were in a Lardi B video. I asked for my gas receipt of $32.32 from pump 5 to savetime, perhaps, so I could let my eyes do all the work and support my decision in gettin piggy ???? wit it ???? through out theimaginary rummage of my mind, as I decided on what I wanted. While roaming through this beautiful store, as if Mr. Cleanhimself came to visit, I ended up getting 3 Frost flavored Gatorades, because they were 3 for $5.00, a Starbucks ???? doubleshot white chocolate mocha, a gallon of water, and a pleasant surprise that had me dancing for Glory all the way to theregister. Y'all had chocolate covered Paydays, which nearly would've made me Tik Tok famous for what would have been an epicbreakdown, because you can't get in the way of a chubby guys crave for nuts and chocolatey goodness. Through all of theexcitement of grabbing not just one King Sized Chocolate Covered Payday, but two, because no one really carries them, so I hadto indulge. I nearly walked out without paying due to all my excitement over candy????????. Wanka would've been proud ????????. Very spacious, they do $1 fountain drinks any size sometimes for a monthly promotion thing. They always have an abundance of my... favorite snack in the whole world (Little Debbie Iced Honey Buns). Some of the employees are rude. You can't call before youhave to walk a mile to the store with only a certain amount of money and ask what the price of cigarettes are after tax. A really nice clean gas station ?? this place has some good snacks to choose from too
Not as frustrating as filling up at Krogers or the other stations nearby, and prices at the gas pump are reasonable compared to... the other stations. The staff are always great and the place is pretty clean. Even the bathrooms are usually pretty clean for agas station. They have warm food inside and pizza. It's good for gas station food, or fair enough compared to other fast food.Large drink selection, decent snack selection. I would rate it 5 ? but I can't stand the name. Read more
I stop by there on Saturday evening 7/18/22 and the gentlemen Tyler was very helpful and curtious, Very Polite, Very good with... his customers , need more people like him. GREAT JOB Tyler Read more
