Got pizza burnt and no cheese in the crust for a stuffed crust pizza. I brought it back in just to get another reorder but the... cashier Anessa starts telling me that the pizza is fine saying "i made it... i made it" with the attitude that she had... justtold her to give me my money back... afraid she might spit in our food. I?m surprised this place is even operating. They don?t answer the phone and they have horrible customer service. I order a pizza... that they never made. The manager Brandy had a horrible attitude. She refused to give me the email address or phone number tothe store supervisor Jesse (that?s the only thing she told me was the first name). I ordered a pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza and 3 crazy combos I had to sit waiting for over a hour while people that ordered... after me received their food. Went inside and they tried to give me a different order. They then only gave me have my order andtold it would be another 15 min til the rest of my order is complete. Once I finally got home my pizza I waited an extra 15 minon top of the first hour was half cooked. I tried contacting a manager and have been hung up on several times. Read more
This Little Caesars has the best pizza I've ever had from a Little Ceasars but they never have hot and ready pizzas made and you... always have to wait 15 mins for them to cook. The pizza is worth the wait, though. Read more
Just waited for 45 minutes, for THIS. The dough was so undercooked, when I tried to grab a slice, it fell apart entirely. I... asked politely for my money back and was told that was not an option because I ordered through the app. They said I could comeback tomorrow or call a number to speak with the corporate office tomorrow to get it figured out, even after speaking with theGM. Pizza here is what you expect from Little Caesars. Kids in our family like it, adults usually eat something else. I would even... say this one is above average quality for a Little Caesars, but ...I'm guessing there are staffing issues because they are neveropen lately. We can't plan to grab it for dinner because of their unpredictable hours. Edit: 11/25/2022 So they seem open more,but quality has tanked. Half our pizzas and cheese sticks weren't cut, the ones that were weren't cut through. Some of our crazybread was tiny like it was all mashed together after cooking. Read more
