I have given this place multiple chances and have no idea how they?re still in business. Hands down the worst US Pizza location.... Every time we go in there the tables are half empty yet the wait is 20-30 minutes for 5 people. The staff acts like they have noidea how to help people? We finally were seated tonight after a 25 minute wait (in which another couple walked in and wereseated immediately?) and once we did get seated it was another 15 mins and no one even acknowledged us or offered us drinks. Picked up a supreme salad to go. Didn't know I had to specify that I prefer the cheese shredded. Seriously. It was a tasty... salad, but I had to slice up the cheese myself. No clue why I would get two whole slices of provolone plopped on top. Read more
It?s been over a year since we last stopped in at the US Pizza in Maumelle. Service in the past has been well, just really bad.... We decided to give it another chance and a group of 8 of us stopped in for dinner. The restaurant was pretty busy but we wereseated quickly and Niki was our server and was great! She had quite a few tables and was attentive to all. Drinks stayed filledand our order was brought out within 15 minutes. The manager came around twice and checked on us and the other tables in thedining room. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and the restaurant was very clean. Loved US Pizza for years. Always eat there for brunch. Family loves the sleepy dragon pizza. Five stars for this location if the... bathroom was as nice as the rest of the restaurant. The stalls feel uncomfortable. And not as clean as you might expect fromthis restaurant. Also waited 10 minutes on a slow lunch on Saturday for a waitress to acknowledge us. Check your orders before you leave. This is not the first time we have gotten burned food to-go. Yes, they gave me a new... sandwich but I?m done. We?ve been customers since they opened their first store in Maumelle in the 90s. The manager was nicebut the excuse was short staff and new cooks. Overall it was clean and a spacious location. You have the option to sit inside, outside or at the bar. The staff was friendly,... but the service was on the slow side. The food was great. I ordered a large salad supreme with house dressing and a 10" QueenMargherita pizza. It took approximately an hour to get food after the order was placed. Read more
