They desperately need more staff, there's never enough people working for the amount of people that go there.
I eat at the Maurice location often, service is always great, but today another person and I were eating lunch and the Manager... was Reprimanding an employee for something the employee did earlier. Don't really listen when you are telling them what you want. For instance light mayo is not 2 passes across.

Finally started serving breakfast at this location so that's good. But my order got messed up. Feeling under the weather so I... ordered online with curbside pickup. Order was brought to me but it was missing one of my 5 items (ordered for the family) andmy own sandwich had the wrong toppings. Lady was nice enough when fixing the order but I was the only customer. Not sure how youmess up 2 out of 5 things when that's all you had to do. We placed an online order at 11:40. Order was supposed to be ready at 11:55. We walked in around that time to a long line of... people, which is fine, that?s why we did a pick up order to skip the line and just go in and PICK IT UP. nope at 12 our orderwas not made and it was as if they didn?t even bother to care to look for our order because we had to tell them everythingagain. We had 4 sandwiches total. 3 sandwiches got made and then she would not make the 4th one. We asked why and she didn?trespond. We asked for a manager who was not or ever seems to be there, they get on the phone with her to refund us and tell herto tell us we won?t be getting our sandwiches after waiting there for 30 minutes.
