Ordered food for my girlfriend and I. Both of us got the double butter burger baskets, or so we thought. Should be pretty hard... to mess up, right? I got a singular burger, not a double. The burger looked like it was destroyed before going into the bag.Pretty disappointing. My girlfriend also asked for ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions on her burger, but got none of that.Of course. Glad we wasted the money to get nothing close to what we paid extra for. 5 stars for Landon! Last night we were waiting on a drive thru order for an extended period of time. When I went inside to ask... about the order I pointed out that four cars had passed us and we were concerned about our food not being warm. Two youngerladies up front were not very kind and they were dismissive. I explained the situation and that I wanted the food to be hot formy family and I, but the girls did not agree. Landon overhead the conversation and came over to help immediately. He took thefood out of the bag and realized that it was not hot. They remade the order immediately and he offered a refund, which I saidwasn't necessary because I understand that accidents happen. He brought two free meal cards anyways. The way that he displayedempathy, courtesy and compassion in that situation was very admirable. I have always loved Culver's and have been to this location before with no problems. However this time was different. We ordered... 2 deluxe butter burgers with large curds and drinks. I believe the girl with dyed red hair and pigtail braids who took our ordermay have misheard, which wouldn't have been a problem but, 1. She didn't not read off our order to us at the speaker when otherlocations have in the past, 2. Did not give us a receipt at the window to show us what we paid for, and 3. Had to wait 30minutes for our food anyways. Ended up giving us fries. We went back through the drive thru and after some confusion inside therestaurant she got an attitude and told us we'd have to wait even longer and pay more for the curds. Once again wouldn't havecared to pay if the service was better. Ended up asking for a refund and after we were given one she slammed the drive thruwindow in our faces. Definitely disappointed with our visit, as this was an easily avoidable situation. Read more
Had the roast beef dinner with steamed broccoli & mashed potatoes. It was extremely delicious. Any help I needed they were right... there & took care of it right away. Employees were courteous & helpful. Didn't take long to receive our meal either. Cleanrestaurant even though they were busy. Definitely will order this again. This place has been going down hill lately. The food has been sloppy and cold. The staff is mostly nice but not friendly. The... cleanliness is the worst though, the past few times we've been in every table was dirty and the staff acted like it was the endof the world when I asked for someone to wipe the table down. All trash cans were full as well so I can just imagine what thekitchen looks like. I've definitely slowed down coming to this location for these reasons. Hope things get better soon. Read more
Mushroom and Swiss Butterburger for the win. The line was very long but the kids working really got the orders out quickly.... Clean dining area where I saw employees actively cleaning. Prices were average. Employees were friendly. Great stop to have aquick experience away from standard fast food. Read more

Absolutely fantastic all around!! Food, service and environment. We were just passing through heading north from the east coast.... It was so refreshing to see young people working energetically. They had clean uniforms, spoke with clarity and confidence andmade it an enjoyable experience. If I'm ever this way again I will definitely stop. Keep up the good work!! Read more
