Waited patiently 20 minutes before we asked where our order was. New system, they dropped our order. They asked the name for the... order and we sat back down. They offered free apple pie but we declined. 15 minutes later, still no food. They asked the nameagain and then finally made it. Order was incorrect and burger was cold when it finally came but we were over being there atthat point. Gave us Apple pie and cookies. Cashier was trying to trick people into upselling combos and large orders. Read more

This place is always pretty decent. We like the spicy honey chicken sandwich a lot, and even though it was taken off the menu... for the season the cashier helped us find a way to get using the on menu items. Pretty great Read more
I was passing through Mauston last week and got hungry. So i decided to stop for lunch at Hardee's as I hadn't been there since... I was a young child. I didn't have time to dine in, so I went through the drive thru instead. The young man working the drivethru was very friendly and joked around a bit while taking my order. The customer service he provided was excellent. I orderedHardee's monster thick burger and made it a large combo meal with curly fries. The burger was meaty, juicy, and stacked! I lovedevery bite of it! The curly fries were fresh out of the fryer and they tasted amazing! I have not been inside this location,but judging from the customer service and quality of food alone I can definitely recommend it. Excellent food at an excellentprice. Read more
Was good service, food was fresh and they got my order correct which is always good. Place could of been a little cleaner,... especially the mens bathroom. But all in all a good visit. Great location in town beside the truckstop so it was veryconvenient for me. Read more
