You get what you expect from Pizza Hut at this location. My orders have been accurate. Service is normally fairly friendly.
We had a medium sized order for a company birthday party (6 pizzas and cinnamon sticks). Initially we had tried to call the... location but didn't get an answer (no big deal) so everything was ordered online and prepared exactly to those specifications.Order for carry-out, the pick up was quick and easy. One of the best pizza huts I have been to. Pizza always cooked great never greasy. Their $5 specials are a good deal.
The order was delivered over 50 minutes late after the scheduled arrival time on the app. The driver had no idea where he was... going. When the food finally got here, the wings were luke warm at best, and the box of Cinna Stix was smashed, and frosting wasall over the inside of the box. When I called, the manager did offer to deliver a fresh order to me, but continued to tell methat the reason it was late was because they are short staffed and the order was " sitting out for a while" and complained thathe was salary and was working too much. I decided not to have a fresh order made and just reheated the order to my liking. Mydog really enjoyed the smashed Cinna Stix though. If you're going to order pizza hut, just go get it yourself unless you areokay waiting 2 hours for your food to get there at room temperature. Read more
The only deal with any real value is gone now (7.99 large carryout). The food isn't worth more than 20$ for 2 large 3 topping... pizzas. There are a few good delivery deals but then you have to wait for the delivery, which this store takes way longer thanit should, and after the tip the deal is moot. Maybe if the food was better quality and consistently prepared right, then maybeI'd change my mind. There are way to many affordable food places around that have much better quality food for a fair price. Read more
I have ordered pizza hut a couple times within the last month and after tonight this is the second time in a row of messing up... my order.... Last time they completely just forgot to send my wings. I called and the lady told me tha next time I order theywould send an order of wings. Well tonight I ordered wings again and they charged me for the order. And didn't even send theright flavor!!! Come on Pizza Hut get it together seriously, all you have to deal with is take out and delivery orders thereisn't a dining room!!! And it took well over an hour for my order to even arrive. Just not very impressed lately, I have been aloyalty customer for the last 9 years. Read more
