I would rate this store more stars if they were not so stingy on the ingredients. Pictures show subs are overflowing, over... stuffed with deliciousness. This mauston store barely puts anything on their subs and refuse to without charging you more. Read more

We ordered online for pick up, they said they didn't receive our order. We verified the address with them and provided the... online confirmation number and they said they wouldn't be able to complete the order until it showed up on their screen. Notsure of company policy but it seemed odd to us. But alas, We already paid but we were all hungry so I asked to order again, topay with cash. We were received with rudness, extremely sloppy sandwich making and dirty looks, I assume they were hoping wewould just leave (large order, which is why we ordered and paid ahead of time. Floors were dirty and so was all of the glass onthe sneeze guards. Biggest perk, the Bathroom was clean. Not a great experience for a family from 4 states away. ???? Read more
I think that there?s a problem with hearing behind the counter. The gentleman in front of me said the same thing 6x? marinara on... the 1st sub & heated please. The young man put marinara on both subs, was asked several times, just 1 bud? that man?s entireorder was incorrect. He rolled his eyes & shook his head & left. I was prepared for chaos. The young man was telling the girlswhat to do but doing little himself and when he did get in on the action, he messed it up. Subs are always tasty but I think alittle more training may be in order. Kind of upsetting that this location doesn't participate in most of the deals offered in the app or online. The subway in... Hillsboro offers significantly better quality than this one AND they take the deals. This location only cares about money, notcustomers. Read more
